Just a piece of advice to my 19 year old self x GAMISS

One of the best thing that I've learned about life is that you have to keep moving forward no matter how hard the situation you're in right now. After all, life goes on and it is more worth living if you've been through the worst before you experience the best.
On Friends. Be approachable and be friendly but choose wisely who you're going to trust. Motivate and help each other. It's nice to be surrounded and be continuously inspired by the people who has the same goals as yours. Don't judge others with how you see them on the outside because you never know what they're going through. Thank the new ones as well as the old ones but most especially, thank the ones who stayed. True friends just don't leave you hanging. They will always be there no matter what the situation is.
On School. There will come a time when you unexpectedly have to try new things. Don't be afraid. It's about time to face it. Turn your head high but your feet on the ground. Always know that you can do whatever your heart desires. You're going to experience all the pain, the stress, and everything life could give you to know how strong you are as a person. Do not forget to give enough time for yourself & don't let your body and health suffer. Learn the art of time management. Try to balance things but always know your priorities. As long as you're happy with what you're doing, go for it! Success is just around the corner.
On Love. Do not be afraid to love and to fall. It's part of growing up. It's part of life. It's inevitable. Eventually, you will find someone who will make you happy and at the same time crazy, someone who will give butterflies on your stomach whenever you see him, someone who will treat you the way you want to be treated, someone who will fight with you over small silly things & ride on your corny jokes and someone who will accept your flaws and imperfections. Do not change him and let him change himself because he's willing to do so. If he truly loves you, no matter how hard the situation might look, he will always be there, patiently waiting for you to be ready. He will be mature enough to understand things especially the complicated ones. When you think it's worth risking, give him a chance. Don't be afraid. Embrace change. You're slowly leaving your comfort zone. You never know what might happen. Go for it! Whether it ends good or bad, it was an experience.
Today's outfit is from an online shop named Gamiss. When I saw this dress, I know I have to have it! (Talk about love at first sight haha) I purposely picked this hollow out pineapple dress because it reminded me of Taylor Swift! I like the fabric of the dress-not too thick nor thin plus the flare effect makes it flowy. To complete the outfit I wore this summer hat given as a pasalubong from my close friend, Claire. She knows me well!
