Aside from the beach itself one of the many things that I love about Boracay is that it offers a lot of activities for all ages. Boracay may be a small island but it surely packs a lot of FUN! Actually, our quick vacation in Boracay didn't allow us to try all the activities that we want to experience but we set our priorities in doing the first two activities that we want to try as a family. During our first day we had our first activity which is the ATV and Buggy car rides. From the hotel we were fetched by the coordinators who brought us to Station 1 where the ATVs were located. There was a quick briefing and test drive before we got to finally drive the ATVs. It was easy to use because they provided us with automatic and new set of rides. It was my first time to try it and it went fun and crazy at the same time. They made sure that our experience will be worth it that's why they made the roads steep and rocky!! We drove for 1 hour and had our final stop at a beach where we relaxed and took photos. It was a great and one of a kind experience to try ATV in Boracay. :)
Our second day in Boracay was meant for a one whole day of island hopping! I don't know why but I really love going on island hopping tours especially when I'm in a different place. It's maybe because I like the feeling of floating & riding a boat and being carried by the water! Haha :) Anyway, we spent one whole day for the island hopping. We went to Station 3 where all the boats going on island hopping are located. The tour started at 9 am and ended at 4 pm.
The first island that we went to was Crystal Cove. There's nothing much to do except that they offer cove adventures. We didn't availed it though because a lot of tourists didn't too. Instead, our group decided to swim to kill the time and still, it happened in a cave! Haha :)
Next stop was at Crocodile island. This island is not the typical white sand island because it's literally a rocky floating crocodile shaped island at the middle. When the boat stopped and the boatman said it was time to dive and snorkel I was surprised & was like, here? In the middle? This deep? I don't even know how to swim!!! It was quite surprising because the last time I went snorkeling in Palawan, we were just near the beach and it was not even scary at all. Well, because I really want to experience it even if my mom was too hands on and scared to let me snorkel, I still went for it! Duh, I wouldn't let that 1 hour opportunity go to waste. She even followed me down! Hahaha! :) I didn't went far our boat unlike the others but I was able to see the beauty underwater in my position. I can't wait to share with you the videos we took! :)
The third island that we went to was Manoc-Manoc beach. We had our seafood buffet lunch here which is included in the tour package. There were a lot of locals here selling souvenirs and pasalubongs.
The last but definitely my favorite was Puka Beach! The place was invaded by tourists and foreigners sunbathing and swimming. The island is rich in Puka Shells and they actually sell some but the prices are too expensive. Being kids at heart, we were able to enjoy our stay there through making sand castles and mermaid tails! Hahaha! The whole stay there was spent for swimming, lounging, tanning, playing and fruit shakes! It was fun!

Welcome to sunny BORACAY!!! I've seen myself going on a couple of beach trips since summer 2016 started but this one is definitely the best so far!!! I don't know why but I felt like I enjoyed more our Bora trip than my Palawan trip last year. There are so many things to do, many activities to experience, so many foods to eat, beautiful surroundings and views and so much more to try! Even if you're just sitting and sunbathing, it's all worth it in Boracay. Don't listen to anyone saying Boracay is overrated until you go and experience for yourself. Let me save all of these stuffs because I have a lot of drafted posts to be published next. For now, let me show you a glimpse of Boracay through the first outfit that I wore in the island. :)

While some of you are just about to start your summer, here I am counting the remaining days of my summer vacation. It's only a month from now and I'll be back in ranting and stressing about school stuffs again. Nooo! But on the brighter side, I'd be very happy to say that I'm starting my journey as a Second year Dental Proper student and I couldn't be more thankful and blessed that I survived the first three years of college! Anyway, while I still have a month remaining, I'd like to share some outfit inspirations that you can rock this summer. 1 // 2 // 3

My life has been a little complicated lately- too many thoughts, what if's, hopes and regrets. I've decided to disconnect and leave the negativity from that social media "f" icon and focused on living my own life away from shares, likes and hypes of people. Leaving facebook for a short time made me appreciate everything in front of me that I used to ignore back then. First things first, I knooow, I do have a lot of friends (online) but I can literally count with my fingers who my real friends are in times of hiatus! I can't believe they were the ones I least expected and I just feel so happy and flattered that I have them in my back when I felt like an island isolated from everybody. Second, I allotted most of my vacant time for my fashion blog and finally had the motivation to plan for my future posts and outfits in the coming days. I am starting to pack and sort some clothes already for our trip on Saturday. I'm excited!! Lastly, I got to spend more time with my family and be involved in family events- election campaigns, feast preparations, cousin's wedding etc. I'm happy that my life now has been pretty busy and chill at the same time! I'm bound to do whatever that makes me happy, break my own limits and live my life to the fullest! :) I'M BAAAACK!!!
Outfit. Last Sunday, I decided to wear all my new purchases. First things first, the famous ripped jeans! Special thanks to Shein for sending me over these pair. I really loved the fit and the versatility of these jeans as well as the effortless chic and edgy look vibes it bring. Second, white crop top. This was a purchase during a sale last year. It's breezy and comfy plus it hides the flabs underneath! :) Lastly, bag from Newchic! It's my new favorite statement piece! :) Newchic is offering a 20% off coupon valid from June 1-August 31. Use the coupon code: water during checkout! :)

One of the things that I've listed in my summer 2016 list is to visit Philippines' National Museum. It's not really far from where I live because it only takes one bus and taxi ride to get there. My cousins and I were planning to go here like since last year (hahaha!) but whenever everything is planned already something crazy happens thus, leading to change of plans. Thankfully, this plan came into a reality one Sunday morning and just like that, the whole National Museum tour thing happened!
I've always loved art in all forms- may it be music, paintings, architectures, photography and literature. After we roamed the whole museum, all I can say is that "How I wish I was blessed with artistic talents." I was amazed by the little details this grand National Gallery has- every corner, every ceiling, every room was beautiful and historical. I admire every painting and sculpture displayed but most especially my fellow countrymen behind these artworks. I never imagined that there were lots of  beautiful pieces this place has to offer and I appreciate everything that I saw. My favorites are the Spolarium which greeted us when we entered the gallery, the grand Old Session Hall, Gallery V containing the works that honor Jose Rizal, MFP Hall and the majestic spiral staircases. It seemed like I was attending a live History class during the whole tour. We only went to one building out of four but I felt that I've seen enough already. Allotting some hours to visit this museum wouldn't hurt so if you're around the area I suggest you to visit it and experience history first-hand. I'm leaving it all here. I hope you'll enjoy and be inspired by these pictures that I captured. :)
