A Road trip like this

This post is actually one for the books! Everything was unplanned and crazyyy! Last Saturday I had a schedule for my monthly check-up. It was supposed to be only me who will be going to the doctor until my friend told me that she wants to join me plus she'll drive for me :) Sweet!!! Hahaha.

Because we arrived early for my check-up we have decided to use the time road tripping. We called our other friend who is from Lipa to join us.

We first went to Rob and gave a try to these cute cupcakes. :)

We have decided to go to SM after for lunch but was surprised to see a large crowd when we arrived. There were many students from different schools who were having their field trips. The fast food chains were all occupied and there's no way we will be able to sit and have our lunch there. We went strolling in the city to look for some fast food chains or restaurants we can dine in. We went to Big Belly's (the food chain where most of my friends suggested me to try) but the parking spaces were all occupied. We've came up with the idea of having a drive thru at McDo instead and eat everything we've ordered when we arrive at our destination. It was so epic that the foods we got didn't matched our real orders. It was too late already when we realized it. Another thing was that, they only gave us one tea spoon for my sundae. No spoons nor forks for Terry and I's meal. What did we do? SHARE tea spoons! Haha! :)

Lourenz took Terry and I to Marian Orchard. I don't even know that a place like this exist. Everything was picture perfect. If Garden of Eden is still present up to now, maybe it would have look like this. I was amazed and it was beautiful! I want to go back again!!!
We explored its forest side till its highest peak. The view from above was stunning. It was a real adventure! I haven't done this for so long and I'm happy I was able to do so again with the two of them with me.
It seemed like we went to a completely different place, a place you will not see everyday and a place you could only imagine when you read books.
If only Terry and I know at first that we will be going here, we've for sure wore a dress for some outfit shots! Every corner was instagram and blog worthy. Haha :) Look at this one. My favorite.
Everything just feels so good and fun during that day.
Too many photo ops like these jump shots and poses with Terry. She's the boss!

Sadly after less than an hour we had to leave and say good bye to this place. We went to the clinic again. The quick check-up lasted for a while only. It was 2:30 by then and  we don't know where to go. We were torn between going home already because of the bad weather or still continue the road trip because we're too YOLO during that moment. Haha! The young spirits in us told us to continue the road trip and so we did. We went to the other side, completely lost and don't know where to go. But since Lourenz was with us we didn't fear to get lost and instead enjoyed being lost! Haha :)

We planned to go to Mataas na Kahoy but didn't continue the plan and instead took the road going to Cuenca. But since it was cloudy already we didn't continue to go farther. We went back to the main road and took another road going to El Madero Resort. It was quite funny that we ended up in the parking lot of Casa Marikit because I suggested so. Hahaha! :) We were supposed to go inside and check the restaurant but we don't know where the entrance door was! So epic!!!

We went strolling again and realized that I was familiar with the road we were taking. Since we don't know where to stop, I suggested that if we could go to the Parish where my family was once a devotee when I was a child. After 10 years of not going there, I can't explain the happiness inside me. I'm standing again inside the church of San Vicente FerrerToo many memories flashed back. Ahhh!

We left the church past 4:30 pm already. We've decided that since it's getting late already why not have dinner together in Lipa. Haha! If my mom's reading this, she would know how many places I've went to without her even knowing anything! We caught the heavy traffic in going back to Lipa but it didn't seemed boring at all because of the countless stories and laughters shared! We had our early dinner at past 5 pm at the Big Belly's
The foods speak so much for itself. They have big servings for affordable prices!!! :) Our cravings and stomachs were satisfied.
After dinner we were about to go home already until I requested if we could visit Canossa Academy! Haha. I was just curious on how it look like. Good thing the two of them were still on the go and so we went.

That day was really an epic one! It is for sure one for the books. It wouldn't have turn this great if it wasn't because of Terry and Lourenz by my side. Thanks for making this whole trip possible! Till the next one! :)
