Staying in Shape

Life Update? Uhm! I'm a business woman already!!! I've been very busy the past few weeks because of the online pastry business that I have opened 3 weeks ago. It was such a big break for me because I am able to fully enjoy what I am doing and it led me to meet new friends and find new inspiration to continue and dream bigger for this small local business. Anyway, speaking of being busy, my routine completely changed since the day I started baking. I wake up at 6am to prepare for everything and finishes all the orders by 12 noon. 1 in the afternoon is my schedule for deliver and I come back home at around 3-4. The time when I got back home is the only me time that I can give for myself (can't still imagine I'm working already!!!) and that one thing I can't erase from my routine is working out. I'm guilty of a ruined workout schedule (I cut it to 2-3x a week from doing it everyday during the previous months) and also guilty of a ruined diet because I eat cookies a lot!

There are times when I feel like I’m bloated before working out and I've searched through the internet what I can use during workouts and trainings to help me direct my body shape. I'm happy I found waist cincher for women! It's a plus plus that it's not only used for workouts but are also designed elegantly so that it can be combined with different kinds of tshirts and dresses of your own preference.

Two workouts that I'm fond of doing are ab and butt workouts, thus, more planking and squats!! I've seen myself getting faster results in doing planks but finding it hard to work on my butt. I personally want to have a well rounded butt because you all know how good every clothes can look if you have it. Lastly, I also discovered the use of shaper panty! When I saw it online I didn't knew I had used it before! I used it sereval times in my previous pageants and special events to help me accentuate my curves especially in fitted dresses. I just feel confident and more composed whenever I see myself well made up and standing pretty in all angles.
