Hey guys! Happy Halloween! How are you all doing? I've been pretty busy lately (not only with clinic) but because we've been involved in a car accident the day before my birthday and I have to communicate with a lot of people and the insurance company. It's traumatizing but I'm still thankful that no one got hurt and my family is safe. Aside from that. Halloween just passed and everyone got busy already preparing for Christmas holidays! Talk about that big shift! 

Talking about Christmas already, have you thought of nice gifts to give already this coming holiday season to your family and friends? Well, there are literally a lot to choose from especially that there are many stuffs available to order online. I. myself, have been thinking about lately who I will give Christmas presents aside from my immediate family and godchildren. I have my colleagues, co dentists, dental auxiliaries and the people I'm working with in baking.  Hey everyone! I'm writing tonight while the rain is pouring hard in my place. I really hope that there will be no typhoon number 2 anytime soon. On the brighter side I'm happy I got back my internet connection too!! How are you all up to? :) 

A few days ago while I was pondering alone I had thoughts of starting my other personal 2022 goals this coming month. I'm talking about losing weight-- going on a diet and most importantly working out. I recently went back from a resort trip with my bf and I got really conscious with my body. I brought bikini top with me but I wasn't able to wear it because I'm not confident anymore. It was an eye opener for me to start working out again. Besides I'm already turning 26 this month and I want to look confident with whatever dress or clothes that I'll be wearing. 

I started looking out for few equipment that I can use on my routine and I came across wholesale waist trainers with logo. I know for sure that I'll be needing this to help me achieve a slimmer waist and flat stomach. I also needed something to help me accelerate fat burning in my waist area. Have you heard of the famous Lolita dresses? I have always heard about it before but I do not have the idea of what one looks like. I did some research online and found modern ones that goes well with the current fashion today-- puff sleeves and fitted waist. To my surprise I found a classic Lolita dress that got my eyes attention! It is like some sort of a Victorian dress which I see in movies with a touch of Japanese fashion. It's very "kawaii" and stylish! I found myself searching for more until I found this online shop which sells all kinds of Lolita apparels. All I could say is, "Wow!". 

I didn't know that lolita dresses have many subtypes. Two of my favorites are sweet lolita dress and gothic lolita dress. Both are far different from each other but both have distinct style that caught my eyes. 

I've always been a fan of girly style-- pastels, florals, dainty and cute ones. When I saw these sweet lolita dress I know for sure what I would instantly choose when I'm asked what I want. I never thought that I'd say this but I want to have a Lolita inspired shoot for my 26th birthday! Here's some of the looks that I want to achieve and the dresses that I want to wear. Mostly are pink in color (it's my fave color!) and simple dresses compared to the others but the style and details scream perfection!

Another subtype of lolita dresses that caught my attention is the gothic lolita dress. As I was browsing through their collection I didn't know I'd also pick my favorites from this category. I'm the complete opposite of these looks as I say earlier (I'm more on pastels and pinks) but these looks are exceptional. Hopefully I'd be able to push through with my birthday shoot and wear one of these dresses. I super love the doctor lolita dress by the way :)

 Hey guys! Happy first week of August! How are you all doing? We're past our mid year already which means that we're so close to hearing Christmas songs everywhere! I'm actually starting to play my favorites and it excites me everyday knowing that I'll be celebrating my first Christmas this year as a licensed dentist. 

In this blog I want to share with you one of my goal that I want to tick off on my 2022 list. That is to lose weight! I'm sad about gaining so much weight (like around 10 pounds) ever since this year started. Early this year, when it was all about studying for board exam my lifestyle was very different when I was still working with my pastry orders. When I was still active taking orders I've always been standing and moving and busy that even if I didn't get to exercise I stay active. When I started reviewing for boards I can spend the whole day sitting in front of my desk just reading, writing and memorizing stuffs. My foods were mostly ordered from restaurants or fast food chains because I do not have enough time cooking for myself. That is the time when I started gaining weight. To be honest I thought that when I become a dentist I would lose weight because of loaded work but I guess I'm wrong. When I became a dentist I gained even more weight because I already have the means to order and eat anything that I crave. I realized just this last month when I attended an event how badly I want to lose weight when I don't feel confident anymore with the gown that I want to wear. 

I'm actually looking for the best waist trainer for women. I'm planning to work on my goal as soon as possible, lose weight before this year ends and feel happy with my body. After all I'll be attending an event again on October (I'm going to be a bridesmaid!) and I want to look slimmer. 

I know it's not going to be as easy as losing weight overnight or over a week and so I'm planning for more options that can enhance my body in such events. Thong shapewear bodysuits are also a great choice especially in formal events where I'll be wearing high slit dresses or evening gowns. Butt litfter shapewear is also a good choice for a more curvy figure. The possibilities are endless. You just have to choose the one which offers the best products! 

Hopefully I'll be able to start my weight loss journey to achieve a happier and healthier body.

 Hey guys! It's still summer in my country but with a little pour of rain shower. How are you all doing? It's a nice day today just stay at home and work in pajamas with a hot mocha coffee on hand. Today's a great day since I've dedicated much time in blogging and gathering ideas for the blog. I called for an off today from my clinic to simply focus on other stuffs and spent most of my time in front of the laptop. I also had  more time to binge watch my favorite korean dramas! Are you a fan too? What kdramas are you watching now? Recommend me some romantic comedies in the comment section below! 

 Speaking of summer, what places have you been this summer? What summer essentials did you bring? Living in a country with almost all year summer season can be very hot and wet at the same time. It's not as challenging as other seasons are because we do not drastically experience temperatures of highs to lows. I have a few summer essentials to share with you-- most of which are the things that I always use and can't leave the house without wearing/having.

1. Umbrella- I always have my umbrella with me and it's the number one on my list. The heat is really insane here. It can easily cause sunburn. Same with the rain. When it rain it's also still insane. You better have your umbrella with you everywhere.

2. Sunscreen. Never forget to apply your sunscreen. It can save you from sunburn! I already learned my lesson. I got a sunburn on my two legs and I spent lots for my medicine. 

3. Mask- It's still covid season and masks are still a must in PH. I had a breakout because of maskne and I'm currently having it treated by a derma. When I discovered Kleenex mask my maskne problem stopped. It's actually my holy grail! I ordered mine on shopee PH. You can check it for yourself!

4. T-shirts. Oversized t shirts for women are a must this summer! With the scorching heat of the sun, a tshirt + shorts combo can already save you in your everyday comfort. I'm a fan of tshirts and I actually have them in all colors. I use it also underneath my PPE every time I go to the clinic and treat patients. Hey guys! It's almost the end of the month! How are you all doing so far? Are you still on summer high? I've been busy lately juggling between working in different dental clinics and catching up with colleagues and friends. What also keeps me busy this week is my preparation for the upcoming Induction of New Dentists in Batangas City Dental Chapter. Ahhhh, this is finally happening. It's only once a dream that's finally a reality now. Speaking of preparation for this event I have been cramming lately of what to wear for the night. I allotted a day for dress hunting but wasn't able to find a dress for rent that fitted my body frame. My last choice and I guess my only choice is to have a designer rush a dress for me so it'll fit me the way I want to. 

I'm actually collecting inspirations from pinterest given the theme Modern Filipiniana. Aside from the dress I have been looking for the accessories and shoes that I can wear for the event.  Hello everyone! How are you all doing? Is everyone on summer break already? Well, good for you! Life update: I already started working as a dentist and since this month started I only had 3 days off! Blessings are pouring one after another. I'm starting to gain patients in my practice and I couldn't be more grateful for it. I'm trying to save up for (of course bills and) a trip next year to a snowy place.

What I missed the most during pandemic season is the chance to travel and explore with family and friends. We actually have a pending pre-pandemic trip abroad that we were not able to use. I have been reaching out to our travel agency and I'm asking for a rebook for a trip next year.  I've always want to travel with my family in a different season. We've been abroad on a summer, spring and winter but there isn't no snow yet. I want us to experience snow together because it'll be one of our firsts if ever.  Crossing my fingers that it'll happen next year! 

As part of my planning journey, I'm not only in charge with our itinerary and proposed budget but also the clothes that we will be wearing. I am my family's outfit adviser! Every time we travel abroad I want to make sure that we're dressed comfortably yet in our most stylish outfits. It'll be framed in our house after all & we do not know when are we coming back again to that place! Might as well dress pretty already, right? :)

 Hey guys! We’re already past our half year and can you imagine how time literally went by really fast?? It’s the start of the rainy season already in my place and I can’t wait for the colder days to come. As seasons change gradually so as the clothes that we wear. Winter is actually my favorite season. Although we still have to travel to experience winter in other place, this season excites me the most. The idea of snow, snow mountains, snow activities, layering winter clothes and Christmas markets are the things that I'm looking forward to. When it comes to dressing up, it’s a little challenging to dress for a season that we don’t get to experience always because we do not have the amount of clothes to stock up in our closet.  Hey guys! How all have you been? I'm pretty excited as I was writing this because I have lots of things and stories in mind to tell here on the blog. One of the many things that I love seeing in the new normal is the opening of face to face classes! In our country we still practice limited face to face classes but in other countries classes and other school activities such as graduations, fieldtrips, proms, and the like are already fully operational. I envy those people actually because I graduated and took the oath taking online! 

The search for the Prom King & Queen, the prom night, and the dressing up itself is probably one of the things I miss the most during my high school years.
