PALAWAN Travel Diary I

I'm finally blogging about my Palawan vacation! If you've been following me in my instagram account  you could have seen already some of the pictures I posted last week during my trip. Well, those are just 5% of the many pictures I took during my trip. Be sure to check out my other blog posts on the next few days and weeks. :) 

We flew to Palawan via Philippine Airlines. They honestly have the best service compared to the other local airlines we've booked before. The staffs were accommodating and handsome. Hahaha! :) My cousins and I even asked for 3 snacks each. Haha!  

When we arrived at Puerto Princesa Airport we were fetched by the driver of the hotel we booked. Althea's Place is just a 5-minute drive from the airport and that's what made it hassle free. Althea's place is nice enough in person than the reviews I read before the travel. They have accommodating staffs, nice facilities including a swimming pool. They assure that you get what you paid for.

We didn't had any prepared tour in our itinerary for our Day 1 so we made our own city tour. We went to see Baywalk, Puerto Princesa and watched the sun set there. 

We also had our first meal there through a boodle fight. It was funny that while choosing what to eat from the restaurant a crew approached me and asked if I was a model or celebrity. I told her no and she got a little confused. I was then asked for a follow up question if I joined Ms. International! It was quite a funny and awkward moment because my cousins were about to burst in laughter. This made me laugh! Haha!

Our first day was quite tiring yet we already had a long and great time in Palawan. More pictures to come!

      I didn't try biking but I've seen a lot of locals and tourists doing it. I haven't joined any pageants but I probably will next year :)

    Ahhh one of my dream destinations has got to be Palawan. It offers a natural beauty and it's a break from all the hustle lifestyles that we live into. And yeah, to be mistaken as Ms. International, you have got to be so pretty. I have to agree with that. Haha. Looking forward to part 2! :)
