1. Favorite place traveled? The Peak in Hong Kong. We went there on a spring. The view is picture perfect and breath taking. Being the highest point on Hong Kong Island, you can see almost everything from there- the sparkling skyscrapers and the Victoria Harbour down to the greens and hills of Hong Kong. It's best to go there at night on a spring. The means of transportation in going up (which is the oldest existing train in HK) is cool too! :)

2. Blogger that inspires you the most? Camille Co. She’s intelligent, beautiful inside and out and doesn’t only depend on the blog that she has as her source of income. She’s also a fashion designer plus a clothing line owner. Her blog has the best photos and best travel diaries too!
3. What do you do for fun? I blog. I dress up (I do this when I'm bored. I plan my outfits ahead of time). I travel (Go on road trips and food trips with friends). I play the piano. I sing (I'll be really happy if you invite me to a KTV session!!!) :)

4. Who is your childhood crush? I can't remember his name but if I'm not mistaken it's Ivan? He’s my crush when I was in Kinder 1 or 2? I liked him because he’s quiet just like me and I like staring at him! I hope this doesn't make me creepy. HAHA! I don’t remember a moment that we talked. I don’t know his surname too. I already forgot how he looks like. HAHAHA!
5. Would you marry a stranger for $1,000,000? NO! Of course not! I’ll only marry the person I love. Money can’t buy marriage!!!

6. Would you shave your hair off for a blog post? No. :) I wouldn’t risk cutting my hair for a single blog post. If it is for a cause like donating portion of my hair to cancer patients, I will! :)
7. What age would you like to start a family? Maybe 28? Early 30s. I want to enjoy my life first, go to places that I want and save before I settle and have my own family. I’m not saying that I’ll do everything as a single woman. Gusto ko sana may kasama na akong boyfriend if it's God's will! HAHAHA

8. If you’ll have superpower what will it be? The power to bring me to whatever place I can imagine. That would be very cool!!!
9. Is there anything you haven’t told anyone about? Deepest darkest secret? None. My mom knows everything about me. She's like my other half! :)

10. Is there someone you met accidentally that now plays a big part in your life? Hmmm, actually most of the people that I have in my life right now were met unexpectedly so yess? :)
11. What is that one place in the world you wish to live in? Maybe it’s London. I don’t know why I’ve been so addicted to its culture and all. London has been my dream since high school and hopefully my plans would push through after graduation. :)

12. What is the most embarrassing moment of your life? Most?? I don’t know. I feel like my entire high school life is embarrassing! Huhu :(
13. What do you think is your best feature? My big fat legs! JOKE HAHAHA! Maybe it's my height? People always notice it. My dimples? They find it cute whenever I smile. Correct me if I’m wrong plss. Haha!

14. Would you rather follow your heart or your head? I’d always go for what my mind tells me. Sometimes following your heart is not enough. You have to consider a lot of things too. You have to think of all the possible scenarios that can happen when you follow your heart and not your mind. You have to act mature and be mature so I'll always go with what my mind tells me to do. :)
Outfit. My outfit for our second day is my favorite among the outfits that I wore during our trip. This outfit had been to many places and experienced a lot of different activities yet still looked preppy and polished at the end of the day. (Talk about hiking and riding the ATV in my Banggood skirt!! Hahaha!) I thought we're only going for a little sight seeing during the whole day that's why I decided to wear my cute pastel crop top and floral wrap around skirt from Banggood. The outfit is comfortable and stylish at the same time. The skirt is  not the usual skirt that you think. It's wrap around, meaning, it's a plain piece of cloth that you have to wrap and tie around your waist to make it look like a skirt. It has a slit too that makes it a little sexier. It's a bonus point because it goes well with the shoot location (Alona Beach, Panglao, Bohol). I remember when someone told me that this outfit goes well with the beach. He's definitely right! May drama effect pa nung nag pink na yung sky. It was really beautiful and romantic!!! :)

xoxo,

Lastly,  you probably know how much I love collecting iconic bags from blogging! It's actually one thing that I always end up ordering from Rosegal's online store. They have a lot of cute mini bags and if only I will be given the chance to get all of bags that I want, I would be getting these 6 bags from my wish list! Can you guess which among those did I ordered first? :)

xoxo,

These pictures are by far my favorite set from our Cebu-Bohol trip! Look at my skin color!! :) Anyway, this is not my natural tone because these pictures were enhanced and exaggerated  by some edits and a little saturation already. I really want to have that morena skin glow for a long time so when I went on a beach trip, I decided to sunbathe for hours in every island we went to. I know it's not enough but at least I tried! Good thing I didn't experienced having sunburn. Haha!
How was those big fat legs going? Hahaha! It's that one part of my body that I feel insecure about that's why I don't usually wear shorts, mini dresses and most especially swimwears. I did certain workouts already and I noticed that it gradually changed and became slimmer. Yes, medyo pumayat na sya sa itsurang yan! Haha! I still have a lot of fats to burn!! Confidence lang talaga ang katapat! :)
Outfit. Still being conservative with a twist of looking a little sexy I decided to wear an off shoulder one piece swimsuit from Rosegal. As I've told you before, I still don't have the guts to wear a two piece swimsuit if I still don't have those abs and a boyfriend! Malupet lang! I think it'll be two years from now. Haha! This one piece arrived just on time before our beach trip. It's a little bit tight and small (Did you noticed it?) and I think it was able to do the wonder of hiding my fats and made me look slimmer. Do you agree?? Agree with me plss! Haha! You can check out Rosegal's website for other off the shoulder swimsuit. :)
Swimwear and Sunnies both from Rosegal :)

Let's stay connected through instgram (@shairangelique) and twitter (@Shairaaaaa) for blog updates! See yaa on my next beach trip!

xoxo,

Helloooo guys! 2 weeks ago my family and I went on a short trip to Cebu and Bohol. Every year we make it a point to travel to a local tourist destination that we haven't travelled to as a family. Since we haven't been to Cebu and Bohol yet we decided to book our family trip there. I was in charge of the whole itinerary. We didn't availed the usual planned tour from agencies because I have specific target places and activities that I want to go and try in Cebu. I proposed an itinerary to my family where I listed everything that both the oldies and teens would enjoy. One place that I listed there is a day tour at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort. I heard and knew about the place through reading other blogs. I got interested and put it in my bucket list to visit if given the chance to travel to Cebu.
Going to Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is no joke. If you're impatient with long travels I'm sure you're not up for this kind of trip. I was expecting already a long travel time and I briefed already my family of what to expect especially the oldies so that I wouldn't hear rants. Hahaha! Our Day 1 was spent exploring Southern Cebu. We arrived at 2:20 am in Mactan Airport, fetched by the van at 2:30 am and traveled 3-4 hours just to get to Oslob. When we got to Oslob by 5:30 am we changed into swimming attires and did the 2 activities in our itinerary. Imagine how tired we looked during that time. Haha! (I have a separate post for this!)
By 11:00 am we were already at the mainland bancogon of Bluewater Sumilon. We waited until 11:30 am for the other tourists to arrive. It was a 15 minute bangka ride from the mainland to the island resort. Our day tour is valued at 1,500 pesos per head. It already includes roundtrip boat transfers from Mainland-Sumilon Island-Mainland, Island activities like kayaking, snorkeling (free use of mask and snorkel), island trekking and fish feeding, use of resort facilities including the beach, infinity pool and payags, and lastly, the international lunch buffet. I was able to take advantage of everything except the island trekking. We chose to rest and just relax in the resort after the long travel time that we had.
There were only few tourists during our stay there so we were able to take advantage of the whole resort. Most of the oldies rested and slept in the cabanas while we (teens!) went jacuzzi hopping. Of course, we also took a lot of photos from different spots. Ang daming pang blog at pang IG! Hahaha!
My favorite spot in the resort. My cousins and I had it all by ourselves.
The resort offered an international buffet lunch. We were with a lot of different nationalities during our stay and it looked like our family was the only group of Filipinos there.. The foods were delicious and I still went back twice to grab some sweets and fruits! Hihihi
We also tried kayaking. I was with my brother when we went racing with my tito. Our kayak almost turned upside down! Haha! I didn't thought of it as scary but funny instead!!! :)
Swimwear from Zaful // More pictures of this #SOTD on this post
Outfit. During our afternoon stay in the resort, I wore my new floral maxi dress from Rosegal. Good thing it arrived before our trip to Cebu! The dress is really cute (ruffled and high low trim + cold shoulder style + floral design!) and breezy (and comfy!!!). If you want to purchase this dress too you may click THIS or you may head on to Rosegal's website for more finds. They have a lot of new stuffs like their black turtleneck dress! Check it out! :)
Bluewater Sumilon, you were beautiful!!! If ever you're visiting Cebu give this island resort a try. They have friendly staffs to accommodate you. :)

Location. Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, Sumilon Island, Bancogon, Oslob, Cebu, PH
