I was recently given the idea by Light, a new technology company to take part of their #VantagePoint project. It is a project were some bloggers were chosen to take part to share some of their favorite stories and photos from different locations and how they captured the moment. I immediately thought of a friend who’s passion for photography fits more with this kind of project than I do. I contacted him and asked if he could make a guest post on the blog and luckily he agreed.

"Hello guys. So I was given a chance by a special friend to create a blog post about one of my passion and that is taking photographs. To be honest with you I don’t have any idea on creating a blog HAHAHA so I’ll just start by introducing my partners in taking those awesome shots.  All photos were taken using Canon EOS 1300D and Canon SX420. Most of the time I use my SX420 for “distant shot” landscape photos or just general view photo for it has a very powerful zoom lens while my 1300D for photos with subject’s, portraits, events, artistic and urban zooms. Here are some of my best shots at various places like London, Singapore, Cebu PH, and Bataan PH."
"This photo was taken in the streets of London with my friends. We travelled towards the bank of the river where we took a nice photo of the iconic London Bridge. Since it was gloomy that day I set the camera setting to manual and enhance its setting to make it look cold. I love to take photos with silhouette effect and this one was my first silhouette shot in an urban place."
"This one is at the top of Greenwich Park, still in UK. There is no special effect with this photo but it takes an effort to take this shot because, as you can see, it was perfectly taken at the middle of the street and the timing was just perfect as the two cars passed parallel to each other."
"This one was taken at Marina Bay, Singapore and this was actually the first shot of my Canon 1300D. For this shot I used the fish lens effect for a wider look. To take this aerial shot I purposely climbed a bridge trusses. Luckily there were no cops around that time though the original plan was to have a long exposure shot to vanish the people walking around. But I still consider this as one of my best shot in Singapore."
"This is the bridge that I climb to take that photo. As you can see I use the long exposure so there would be no cars and people walking around. Long exposure can be achieved by adjusting your camera setting to manual and remove the auto focus then set the shutter speed to your desired speed. For this shot I set it to minus 20 seconds to achieve it."
"Of all the silhouette shots that I have taken this one is my favorite. This was taken at Corregidor. If I’m not mistaken this location was called Battery sunset. Battery means a location where canons were placed during World War 2. It’s an ideal location for taking this kind of photo. It has a great view of the sea and the sun. It is also an ideal resting place after a long day of exploring the island. This photo was taken using manual setting. I focused at the sun as my subject to achieve the blurry effect."
"This is the view that you will enjoy if you have the chance to visit the island. Luckily the sun wasn’t entirely blocked by the clouds and it made the photo more stunning. We have to wait for 25 minutes to capture this photo but because of the great ambiance, we had a great time waiting for the perfect timing."
Thank you guys! I hope you enjoyed my very first blog post. :)

Thanks Light.co and #VantagePoint project for the opportunity.

Hi guys! This outfit post is inspired by Vegas. I haven't been to Vegas before but one thing that surely reminds me of it is its famous location at the center of the Mojave Desert. How hot could it possibly be there? I'm sure dressing up for Vegas wouldn't be as hard as I think because it feels summer all year round too here in the Philippines. For my #UltimateVegasOutfit I chose to wear my new off-shoulder top from The Sunshine Pixie. This breezy top is perfect to wear for a stroll in the city knowing that it can feel summer all throughout the day. On the other hand, I chose to pair this top with a bodycon skirt that gave an illusion of a sexier figure. Just a little tip, for a quick switch to night look don't forget to add some accessories such as a bold statement necklace and a pair of earrings for a touch of glitz and glam. Whether it may be a lunch at Lemongrass in Aria or dinner date at Caesars Palace hotel I'm good to go in my ideal day to night outfit in Vegas! How was it? :)
Follow and visit @thesunshinepixie instagram account to avail this top or you may personally visit their shop at South Avenue Boutique Lipa, Batangas for more fashionable finds!

We’re already in half of September and my birthday is just 14 days away!!! I can’t imagine how time flies so fast and that I'm bound to spend my last year as a teen. Last year I was just planning for my debut and now, it was all done. How could I ever forget the day I turned into a princess even just for one whole night? It was all magical.
One of the few things that I greatly consider during my big day is finding the perfect dress. I’ve always dreamt of wearing a pink ball gown because I know it’s every princesses’ dresses. I was so happy to have found and wore one on my special day. But, if I were given another chance to repeat and choose over a new gown for my birthday I would have probably chose a vintage evening dress or a mermaid evening dress.

Vintage evening dresses has made a big comeback these days because of its timeless designs and features. My favorite vintage detail is the lace details because it has the power of making a look classy and sophisticated. On the other hand, Mermaid evening dresses is also one of my choice. Opposite the vintage, mermaid evening dresses shows off a modern style that will accentuate your best features when worn. This dress best fits a tall and slim lady because it not just emphasize the height but also the sexy figure.

What type of gowns from Wishesbridal do you prefer? I hope you got to visit Wishesbridal's site for more gown options and got some tips from this post! :)

Lately I've been seeing a lot of Sports Luxe outfits from my co-bloggers and I wondered how it'll fit me when I give it a try. Just as what I've said I want to see it for myself and make my own version of "Sports Luxe" look by using my top pick baseball hat as the statement piece from Fanatics. I actually haven't wore a baseball cap for my outfit because I'm not the sporty type of girl so this is quite a challenge for me. But after I put on this outfit virtually I realized how tons of ways I can wear it without only looking sporty but as well as chic. So here it is, the outfit I put on and probably what I'll be sporting when I showcase a sporty luxe outfit using a baseball cap here on my blog.

How was it? :)

Hi guys! :) Today is the launching of the newest collection of Eva Franco for Lover.ly and I'm lucky enough to be one of the first to see their wide collection. You know how much I love dresses especially those that I can wear for special occasions. After browsing their newest collection, I must say, they have a wide variety of the chicest dresses a bridesmaid could wear and choose from! The best thing about their dresses are that you don't have to wear it only once but you will for sure keep on wearing it again and again since the designs never go out of style. To give you an idea of what to see and expect, here are some of my selected dresses from their collection.

The first dress is from their True Blue collection. The color of the dress speaks so much for itself! The lace details and the structured cut will definitely make its bridesmaid look classy and sexy.

The second dress is from their Pretty in Pink collection. I love pink! Who doesn't, right? The texture and chic vibe of this dress definitely makes every bridesmaid feel cute and young.

The third dress is perfect for vintage themed weddings. Just look at the lace details! Perfect!

The last dress is from their Little White Dress collection. I love how clean and modern this dress is. It best suits in Beach-themed weddings.

So I guess you all have an idea of what to expect from their collection. See it first for yourself and visit Eva Franco for Loverly collection! :)

This month of December Weddington Way dress is hosting a Style Challenge and I was lucky enough to be one of the chosen blogger to join this challenge. I didn't know at first what the challenge is all about until I read through the mail this question.

"If you were the Maid of Honor and the bride asked you to style the bridesmaid look for her big day, what would you suggest?"

I was given four dresses (all from Weddington Way) to choose from, style and create the prefect bridesmaid ensemble.
Dress: WeddingtonMake-UpClutchHeels
Among the four, I chose this navy blue structured dress because it's the simplest and yet looks the most classy. Being a modest dress, it doesn't have to show too much skin or have so much details for it to be a statement dress. With the combination of minimal yet right accessories, a fabulous pair of heels and a well put make-up a bridesmaid may feel the prettiest and ready to walk on the aisle with this perfect ensemble.
