Hi guys! I'm back! :) The Centennial celebration left us so many hanging lessons that's why I was really busy the whole week. A week of completion, a week of exams, reports, presentations and a lot more... Imagine how we still managed to finish all those things in just two weeks. Proud Bridgetine here! :))) Next week's our final exam for the 4th Grading. Oh gosh! It's the last already! After that we will be spending the remaining days before our graduation for Parent's Night and graduation practices. I can't wait for March and graduate in High School! :")

But before that let me share to you what happened to our Retreat last February 16-17, 2013. So far, I consider these days as the most memorable days in my High School life. I was able to be with my friends for 2 consecutive whole days wherein I was able to get to know more of them.

What I really love in our retreat:

- The endless foods that the retreat center had prepared for us.
- The beautiful surroundings and views which made us feel that we were not in the Philippines. We were able to experience Autumn for 2 days. :)) haha.
- Fr. Stephen who acted as our facilitator. He's really multi-talented.
- ROOM HOPPING! :D and many more...

This experience was one of a kind. I'm really happy because I'm part of IV- BENEVOLENCE 2012-2013!

WOW! It's been a year since I started blogging. While browsing this morning all my blog posts I saw that my very first blog post was done last January 31, 2012. I just noticed it now. I think it isn't too late to greet my blog a "Happy Anniversary"! :D We've been for 1 year and 8 days already my dear diary! :) Wew. Okay so what shall this post contain now? hahaha. Okay so I'm gonna share to you my one year experiences as a blogger. :)

Why did I started blogging?
I started blogging because I was inspired by my classmate Patrice. Seriously I really don't know what a blog is until I got to explore her's. I found it cool because you can tell and share whatever things you want in your blog. It is a means of self expression and through your blog posts each people who'll read it will get to know more things about you. I am not a writer but I think I started to love writing  and I consider it as one of my passions.

Who are my favorite bloggers?

Among all the bloggers that I know, Laureen Uy is the most influential blogger and undeniably my favorite. Her blog is one of a kind! I love reading her posts and I've learned so much from her. She is the best blogger when it comes to fashion and she inspired me to love fashion. Second is Vern Enciso. I instanly fell in love with her blog. She doesn't only post outfit pictures but she also tell stories of what happened to her that day. I also love it when she answers some of my tweets and instagram and blog comments. :) Third is Kryz Uy. I started to love her blog too because she doesn't only have a great fashion style but also she posts the best travel blogs. Whenever she go to Hong Kong it made me realize that I really want to go there and experience how it feels like to go to Kryz's favorite shopping places and spots. Last but not the least is Camille Co. I just recently became addicted to her blog. Among all the bloggers I think Camille and I share the same style. I can see myself in her. She dresses chic clothes but isn't afraid to add some spice to make the overall appearance an eye catcher to everyone.

Experiences as a blogger...
At first I found blogging boring. I told myself "Why did I started blogging? No one will read this. I'm just an average girl and I'm not famous at all." After I wrote my first post I stopped for a month I think. Then after that I started blogging again. I noticed in my view count that there are people who read my blog! Yay! I went back to blogging again. And now I'm really happy and flattered because I get 90, 100 or even 400 view counts in a single post. I'm really thankful to those who read. We can't predict the future but what if someday I might be in line with the famous fashion bloggers, right? :) I'll be willing to wait and work hard for that day to come.

So here's a fact: I only share my blog in my twitter which I only have limited followers, lookbook and tumblr in which I don't know who my followers and fans are. I don't share it in my facebook account because facebook has a bigger scope and environment. I didn't even tell my relatives that I have one except for my close cousins and mom ;) I was shocked during a family reunion when some of my titas approached me and told me that I have a nice blog. OH GOSH! How come they saw it. Okay, if before I'm keeping it somewhat private, I'll now make it a public one.

To all my readers, I thank you for dropping by and reading my blog posts. You inspire me and I promise you that I'll be a better blogger this year. I'll promise to update my blog more often.

Everything that happened yesterday was a BLAST! I didn't expect that the first day of our school's Centennial celebration would be that GREAT! I really enjoyed a lot though until now I still experience body ache. Let me tell you what happened through the pictures and videos...

By 6 in the morning I was already in school for the preparation of the Centennial Mass. Our section was at the farthest place from the stage. The good thing about it was that we didn't easily felt the sun's heat during the morning compared to the one's in the front part. There were so alumni priests and nuns who hosted the mass. Aside from them famous alumni appeared and  also attended the mass such as the current politicians of Batangas. Bigatin talaga ang graduates ng SBC. hahaha.
A video I took after the Centennial Mass. All I can say is "WOW!" I really don't know why it has a low quality here :(
Our breath taking opening performance. I really enjoyed our performance especially that we were surrounded by so many people! Thanks to my mom who took some shots while we were performing! She has a very good eye sight! She still spotted me though we were so crowded in the field. I'm so proud that I'm part of the Centennial batch and I started my schooling here. I'm a proud Bridgetine for 12 years already!
Centennial Groove! I love this dance! <3
My biggest contribution to Faye's life: This pose! lol. Pageant pose, fierce look, what else? :)))
(c) Yram. School buddies!
took this picture while watching the Octopus ride. I really want to try it but I think I will have anxiety disorder after. lol
After we had our lunch, we've decided to try a ride. We picked The Viking. It was a big boat which can accomodate 16 plus persons. I think it was my 5th time to try this because it is my favorite ride whenever we go to Enchanted Kingdom. I tried to be in the farthest seat once in Anchors Away in EK. I will never forget that day because I nearly died of nervous and heart attack! Imagine how big Anchor's Away is compared to the ones in our school! I tried to be in the second farthest seat yesterday with Maycy and Patrice. When the boat started to sway I was already shouting. HAHAHA. When it swayed to it's highest level GOSH! I thought I would die again! That feeling you get when the viking is at it's highest level and you feel like your butt is 5cm away from the seat! GOSH! You feel like you'll fall to the machines under the viking! After 3 years of not riding a viking, I experienced once again the goosebumps brought by this ride. Hope to try this again sometime but not this year. HAHA.
Saw this BULAK stand at Bulak Exhibit! SBC's mascot. Fluffy cotton.
I look so happy here! =) Picture taking before the evening program starts.
 (c) Yram.

The evening program was started by the speeches and talks done by the invited guest speakers. I was really inspired by the story of Atty. Ferdinand Juan. Aside from him, we were all stunned by the beauty of the other guest speaker who is Bianca Gonzales. She's morena and that's what made her pretty. I love how she speaks and I love her profession too! :) After the speeches and talks the Alumni dancers rocked our night! WOW! They were so professional! The lighting of 100 torches took place during the last part of the program! So beautiful! I'm proud to say that I'm a true blooded Bridgetine! The first day ended after we danced the Centennial Groove. Luceat Lux Vestra!
