Hey guys!!! How are you all doingl? I’ve been busy lately because of the recent festivities and holidays- brother’s, grandma’s and grandpa’s birthdays, reunion and fiesta in my grandparents’ hometown and the national election (My tito won on his last term as the city councilor!!!). Aside from that I’ve also been busy packing my clothes because I’m leaving for an out of the country trip tomorrow! Our visa was released just last week Thursday and it’s just when it all sank in that I’m really going to Korea! Hahaha! It’s also that time also when I started packing my clothes and sorted out the essentials for the trip.

One of the “essential” piece that I always bring in my travels is a good pair of glasses. Yesss, you read that right!! I fell in love with sunnies during the very start of my fashion blogging career and it was when I started collecting sunnies. I’m a bit picky when it comes in choosing sunnies because I always consider its uniqueness and availability in the market. I personally think that those I barely find anywhere should be the ones I should buy and keep. Can you imagine now my collection of sunnies in different shapes and colors? Hahaha! If you’re a reader of mine since then you’ll probably notice the evolution of the sunnies that I used to wear. I’m currently eyeing cat eye glasses in the market and I’m in search for really cute and unique ones. Just recently I discovered a new brand that showcases online eyeglasses, Voogueme. I have browsed their website and found out that they have a wide variety of glasses in store. I was seriously amazed by their designs that even if it’s not cat eye glasses I would still go for the other structured ones. Here are some of my personal favorites from their glasses that you may consider in choosing yours.

Another essential piece that I would not forget when travelling are my prescription glasses. I have quite a poor eyesight since I was 10 years old and it is when I started using glasses. It felt like I am blind if I’m not wearing it. Another thing is that, although I’m wearing contact lenses during my travels I still make it a point to wear my glasses and let my eyes rest after a long day.

Having said that, Voogueme is also known for having prescription glasses online. They also offer a wide range of collection to choose from and yes, they do have a lot because they also offer the cat eye design for prescription glasses! Isn’t it cool? I have picked some of my favorite designs and here are some of it that you may consider in choosing yours.

Voogueme has been known to produce the best online glasses and it makes me want to purchase my favorites from their site. If only I was able to discover this online store earlier I would have ordered a pair or two for my Korea trip! Might as well place an order for my upcoming beach trips when I get back. :) You can visit their website by clicking heading on to www.voogueme.com.

I can’t wait to share with you my upcoming posts and big announcement here on my blog! Watch out for an upcoming giveaway as well. I’m really excited for it!!! Thank you for reading and dropping by!

Curling irons, blow dryers, flat irons and other heat styling tools are often the first things we turn to when we want to create a hair style that turns heads. The use of heat styling tools on your human hair or synthetic clip in hair extensions is a great option for anyone who wants to temporarily alter the appearance of their extensions to create a different hair style.

Use too much heat on your clip in hair extensions and you could potentially damage them for good. Use too little and you could end up results that look nothing like what you intended because your hair wouldn't curl or get as straight as you hoped it would become when you began the styling process.

Follow these tips for using heat styling tools on your clip in hair extensions to help your extensions will keep their exquisite appearance:

Use products to protect your extensions.

Human hair clip in hair extensions can be cared for the same way you'd treat your own hair. It's perfectly fine to use the same heat protecting products you use for your hair on your human hair clip in hair extensions.

Just like your hair, your extensions will benefit most from nourishing heat protecting products that contain a combination of healthy oils and vitamins. Pour a small amount of the product of your choice into your palm, rub your hands together and use your fingers to evenly distribute the product through your extensions before using any heat styling products.

Synthetic hair clip in hair extensions can also be protected from the heat with heat protecting products. The secret is to use the products sparingly so they don't create too much sheen or leave product build up on your clip in hair extensions.

Use low heat.

Although high heat can be used on human hair clip in hair extensions it's best to use caution when doing so. Extremely high heat can cause your clip in hair extensions to singe or burn completely through. Synthetic clip in hair extensions are often created to be able to handle a small amount of heat, which is much less than human hair extensions can endure, but it's still best to proceed with caution. When using heat styling tools on human or synthetic hair it's best to use the lowest heat setting necessary to achieve your desired results to keep your extensions in good condition.

Be careful.

The number one rule when it comes to using heat styling tools on clip in hair extensions is to use caution. Use your own good judgment to determine how your slip in hair extensions respond to heat and to figure out how much or how little is necessary to achieve your hair styling goals. Whether you're using heat on human hair or synthetic clip in hair extensions it's best to take the proper precautions to protect your hair from heat and to keep them in the same condition they were in when you first bought them.

Lace wigs can give you a new look that you can wear every day but even human hair wigs are not like made with human virgin hair sometimes, all eventually start looking old. Buying many new lace wigs may cost too much money. While luckily, there are many ways to take care of your wig at home to completely refresh the look of your full lace wig or lace front wig. Properly taking care of your wig can increase its longevity even more than two years.

Wash your full lace wig or lace front wig when it first shows signs of dinginess or oiliness, no more than once every several weeks. Debris, oil and other kinds of build-up can make your wig look dull and stiff, and your wig can become harder to style. Some wigs can have very different washing instructions, so check with the manufacturer. In general, wigs should not be rubbed vigorously. Instead, fill a small container with lukewarm water and add a gentle shampoo or specially formulated wig shampoo to the water. Gently swish the wig around in the water without rubbing. Rinse thoroughly and place the wig on towels. Gently pat the wig, and allow it to air dry is very important.wigs hair isn't like your own hair that can be heat dry frequently.

Find the right kind of comb to use after your full lace wig or lace front wig has completely dried.Using the wrong type of brush can damage your wig. Some types of curly wigs should not be brushed at all. For most wigs, you should use a wide-toothed comb to very gently untangle the wig. Vigorous brushing from the base to the ends of the hair can damage even the highest-quality wig. Use a finer comb for short wigs or for the short bangs at the front of the wig.

Find the right product for your wig type, which will be applied when styling or after washing and brushing. If you have a style of wig that is "wet and wavy," all you need to do to get it looking more like it did when you bought it is make it a little damp. Add shine products to a wig that has lost its luster and/or untangling lotions before combing to wigs that have formed unruly tangles. Specially formulated wig sprays made for both synthetic and human hair wigs remove frizz, add bounce and volume, or make styling easier.

Use heat-styling equipment after washing, drying, combing and applying product. Heat can get rid of frizz, which contributes to the wig's looking worn out. The overall effect will be that of a smoother, newer-looking wig.

Cut the full lace wig or lace front wigs if you notice frizz and roughness at its tips. Much like real hair, wig hair, whether synthetic or made of human hair, can become frayed at the edges. Giving the wig a trim can make it look newer.

Store the wig properly and only wear it occasionally. A wig should be stored on a wig form or gently tucked back into its original plastic bag. Wearing the wig occasionally will help keep it looking new.

Hey everyone! Happy 1st week of May! It is incredibly a great month to start as my blog is bringing you more featured contents, travel posts (watch out for this!!!) and more spring/summer fashion inspirations to look forward to. This month is probably my most awaited month to come because aside from it’s our official start of summer, it’s also the month of trips and vacation. I couldn’t be more excited as I am now because I’m starting to prepare for my upcoming trip in the next 2 weeks!

To start off this month, I’m beginning this post by featuring a newly discovered brand, Freedomsilk. FreedomSilk specializes on all almost all types of clothings made of silk of course. This brand’s story of how it started is pretty interesting. She has this extremely sensitive skin wherein her derma suggested her to try on sleeping a silk bedding. She searched for the best selection of silk and decided to use the one from China since this country is the original discoverer of such fabric. From then on she decided to make it as a business and expand it, thus FreedomSilk.

There are lots of silk item categories from their website but my favorites are the ones coming from their clothes’ section. They have silk pajamas for women, women’s silk nightgowns and silk camisole sets. Can you imagine the comfort that these items can make you feel every night you wear them? Aside from those sleepwear sets that they offer, they also have pillowcases and beddings in store. What a great combination! Here are some of my suggested products from their website that you may consider in choosing yours :)

For more product selection and discounts you may visit their website on www.freedomsilk.com

See you in my next posts! :)
