Commuting in Manila is actually one of the most annoying thing that happens to me whenever I go to the city and to be honest, I'm still scared to commute alone (like it's always my first time) even though I've done it so many times. Why? Mainly because I have trust issues when it comes to the public transportations. I'm afraid of the speed maniac drivers but most especially to the strangers I encounter in jeepneys and taxis. Anyway, what's the connection of these rants to my outfit anyway? Haha. Let me go straight to it. My cousins and I commuted in Manila from Vito Cruz to the National Museum. Whenever I'm commuting in Manila, I have this rule to myself that I'll never wear anything that will show too much of my skin. No backless/strapless/cami tops, shorts, skirts you name it. I am that paranoid. I don't want to get false attention and looks from strangers especially the guys. Although I want to wear something fancy and way cuter for the National Art Gallery tour, I sticked to my rule and wear this outfit instead. I wore these boyfriend jeans that I didn't get to wear lately because it got smaller (or did I just got bigger?? Haha), a checkered off shoulder top and my new pointed flats. I like how it turned out- comfortable and museum appropriate one. Top from The Sunshine Pixie , Jeans from Guess , Flats from Zalora

  30. I really like that off blouse top, it is so well styled with those jeans and pointy flats. You look tres chic. Lovely look for a museum visit!

I know how you feel. I think all of us ladies/women/girls sometimes worry about what we should wear because we don't want the unwanted attention. However, we must remember that it is not our responsibility if men choose to behave unappropriate.
